HR Intern

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in shop floor employees recruitment (meeting room reservation, reception, document archive etc.)

  • Assist in training arrangement (Training data input and consolidation, training notice preparation, training coordination, attendance record etc.)

  • Take charge of employee onboard & exit process

  • Prepare HR notice

  • Company activity assistance

  • Admin fee check and make payment

  • Other administrative tasks requested by HR team

Personal Qualifications:

  • University degree education background

  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;

  • Good learning skills;

  • Good English skill in reading, writing, listening and speaking;

  • Can make 6 months or longer, 4-5 working days per week is preferred

  • Working time: 7: 45-16:30 from Monday to Friday
